For guest rooms:
Article 1 : You have chosen a Slow Life guest house in independent rooms for your stay. You are therefore welcomed on a private property where a family lives, and therefore willing to accept its way of life without being able to alter.
Article 2 – duration of stay : The customer who has signed this fixed-term contract shall under no circumstances avail himself of any right to remain in the premises.
Article 3 – conclusion of the contract : The reservation becomes effective once the customer has sent the owner a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the price of the stay with a minimum of one night a copy of the contract signed before the date indicated on the front. The second copy of the contract must be kept by the customer. Prices include all charges excluding residence tax. Any discount not mentioned at the time of booking, therefore not stipulated on the contract will be refused.
Article 4 – cancellation by the customer : Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter addressed to the owner.
- Cancellation before the start of the stay: if the cancellation takes place more than 24 hours before the beginning of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner + the balance of the accommodation price.
- If the client does not show up before 7.30 p.m. on the scheduled day of the stay, this contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of his guest rooms. The deposit remains acquired from the owner + the balance of the accommodation price concluded between the two parties.
- Any short stay will not give rise to any refund.
Article 5 – cancellation by the owner : If, before the start of the stay, the owner cancels this stay, he must inform the guest by registered letter with notice of reception or email. The customer will be reimbursed immediately without prejudice to any claims for damages.
Article 6 – arrival : The customer must present himself on the specified day and at the times specified in this contract. An arrival outside these times cannot be made without the agreement of the owner at the establishment of the contract (except in cases of force majeure). Any arrival outside the time specified at the establishment of the contract will involve either a cancellation of the stay with full payment or a delay fee of 50€, according to the schedule imposed on the owner, and the application of article 4 small2. The reception time is an important part of the stay in a guest house, please respect it.
Article 7 – Balance settlement : The balance is to be settled on arrival the owner at the time of registration. No gift voucher can be accepted under this contract. The residence tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then returns it to the public treasury. To be set when recording in liquid.
The additional consumption and benefits not mentioned in this contract will be payable at the end of the stay to the owner.
Article 8 – use of places : The customer must respect the peaceful character of the place and make use of it in accordance with their destination. He undertakes to make rooms in good condition or to report any deterioration orally before his departure.
Article 9 – capacity : This contract is for a specific number of persons. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse additional customers.
This refusal cannot in any case be regarded as a modification or breach of the contract on the initiative of the owner, so that, in the event of the departure of a greater number of customers than those refused, no refund can be envisaged. For the well-being of our guests, young children are not accepted in our guest house Slowlife attitude, the cottage is at your disposal for families where all childcare equipment is available.
Article 10 – Animals : NON-ADMITTED
Article 11 – Harms of appliances: Internet: Any user is responsible for the use of computer resources and undertakes not to perform operations that could have adverse consequences for the normal functioning of the network, the integrity of the computer tool, and the institution's internal and external relations. As this service is offered, the owner cannot be held responsible for the quality of the network. As a reminder, there is no television in the rooms to respect everyone's well-being.
Article 12 – swimming pool (high season) : The use of the swimming pool is strictly reserved for residents. Children are not allowed to go there alone and the owner of the establishment cannot be held responsible. The parents (or the person in charge of the child) are solely responsible for the child's actions/does. Towels in the bathroom are not allowed at the pool, consider bringing your towel/painting. The swimming pool is not open 24 hours a day for the comfort of all our guests. You're on a private property = swimming is not monitored and therefore remains under your entire responsibility.
For hygienic reasons, you are asked to use a swimsuit reserved only for the use of swimming: for women: a 1 or 2 piece jersey; for men: briefs/shorts of bath (this excludes any other outfit: dress, etc....)
For the cottage:
Article 1 – duration of stay : The lessee who has signed this contract for a fixed period may under no circumstances avail himself of any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.
Article 2 – conclusion of the contract : The reservation becomes effective once the tenant has sent the owner a down payment of 25% of the total amount of the rental and a copy of the contract signed before the date indicated on the front. A second copy must be kept by the tenant. The balance will be settled one month before the start of the stay. Otherwise, the contract will be considered cancelled, the service will be offered again for sale and no refund will be made. In case of late registration, less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the entire reservation will be requested. Leases concluded between the parties to this Act may not under any circumstances benefit even partially from third parties, natural or legal persons, unless the owner agrees in writing.
Any breach of the latter paragraph would be likely to result in the immediate termination of the lease at the tenant's fault, the proceeds of the lease remaining permanently acquired from the owner.
Article 3 – cancellation by the tenant : Any cancellation must be notified by letter addressed to the owner.
- Cancellation before arrival:
- more than 30 days before the start of the stay: the deposit remains acquired from the owner
- Less than 30 days before the start of the stay: the entire amount of the stay will be acquired from the owner
- If the stay is shortened, or if the guest is not presented on the arrival date, the price of the rental remains with the owner. No refund will be made and the owner can dispose of his house
Article 4 – annulation par le propriétaire : Le propriétaire reverse au locataire l’intégralité des sommes versées.
Article 5 – arrivée : Le locataire doit se présenter le jour précisé et aux heures mentionnées sur le présent contrat. En cas d’arrivée tardive ou différée, le locataire doit prévenir le propriétaire au plus vite. Une arrivée, en dehors de ces horaires, ne pourra se faire sans l’accord du propriétaire. Le propriétaire, sans cet accord, se réserve la possibilité de refuser un client, arrivant en dehors des horaires mentionnés sur le contrat, et l’application de l’article 3 petit2.
Article 6 – règlement du solde : Le solde de la location est à verser au plus tard un mois avant l’entrée dans les lieux.
Article 7 – paiement des charges : En fin de séjour, le locataire doit acquitter auprès du propriétaire, les charges non incluses dans le prix (ex. chauffage, location de linge de toilette / lit, la taxe de séjour).
Article 8 – piscine (en haute saison) : voir article 12 dans la rubrique Pour les chambres d’hôtes
